- Strengthen the teaching–learning ecosystem by adopting learner-centric and technology-enabled pedagogies, expanding ICT infrastructure, and promoting blended and digital learning.
- Prioritize continuous faculty development, encouragement of doctoral and post-doctoral research, and interdisciplinary academic collaboration.
- Reinforce the Research Development Cell, Incubation Centre, and Institutional Innovation Council to foster a culture of inquiry, innovation, and entrepreneurship among students and faculty.

- Upgrade classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and digital resources while preserving the ecological balance of the green campus.
