As per the guidelines of UGC and the Supreme Court the college has established an Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to the staff and students of the College.
The Committee against Sexual Harassment is formed as part of a larger institutional framework for the creation of a safe, equitable and inclusive campus environment. The Committees chief mandate includes considering complaints or grievances in relation to sexual harassment offences committed by students, faculty, staff and visitors on campus, and awareness-raising.
